Governing Law (To Be Agreed)

The Parties have not recorded the law that governs this Statement of Work, and this Statement of Work does not select one. Before execution the Parties shall agree in writing the governing law, and the courts or arbitral forum that will determine any dispute, and record that agreement as an amendment to or annexure of this Statement of Work. Until they do so, nothing in this Statement of Work shall be read as selecting a governing law, a seat, or a venue, and any reference in this Statement of Work to the governing law means the law the Parties record under this section.
